賞澄最近幾天不在香港, 看到 BBC 新聞報導著澳洲水災的消息, 災情令人擔心。
明年壬辰， 更是大水之年， 世界各地將有更多地方水災泛濫， 情況比今年更嚴重。
天災固然是無法避免， 但人可以貢獻出自己的一份力量去亙相幫肋， 令受災的地區儘快回復生氣， 重過以前的生活， 並且儘力防範於未然。
